Alex Miller

Alex Miller was named QVC’s senior vice president of digital commerce in August 2013. In this position, Miller is responsible for developing QVC’s customer experience strategy across digital platforms–web, mobile, tablet, and social. This includes accountability for eCommerce sales, digital experience and operations, and QVC’s social business and experience. Miller, who joined QVC in 2001, has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including director of eMarketing and vice president of eCommerce. As vice president of eCommerce, Miller was responsible for developing QVC’s eCommerce and eMarketing strategies across all of QVC’s eCommerce platforms. Miller came to QVC from iGrandparents.com, where as director of product development, he was responsible for the total user experience of the newly launched site. Prior to that, Miller was a national account executive for the AT&T Corporation and a communications & pursuit strategist at Ernst & Young LLP. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and his master’s in business administration from Villanova University.
