Jason has been focused on e-commerce and ERP systems for consumer electronics retailers for his 15 year IT career. Jason is currently employed at Parts Express, an international supplier of electronic parts and accessories to the audio/video industry. Parts Express was founded in 1986 and resides in a 120,000 square foot facility about 25 minutes north of Cincinnati, OH. Jason has been involved in systems architecture, security, development, and e-commerce platforms throughout his career.
In his latest project, Jason moved Parts Express off an aging e-commerce and product content platform to a relevant .NET based PCI-DSS compliant platform using Oracle’s Endeca technology for navigation and keyword search. Concurrently, Parts Express migrated to inRiver’s product information management system for maintaining a single point of product data.
Jessica joined The Container Store as the Online Marketing Director in 2012, where she is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s website, creating an exciting and seamless online shopping experience for their customers. She works closely with the Merchandising, Creative, Marketing and Information Technology teams to ensure the site highlights the perfect assortment of products and services, and that in-store and online promotions and messaging are aligned, which results in an enhanced omnichannel experience.
In just a short time, Jessica has successfully increased domestic and international traffic and revenue to The Container Store’s website through the implementation of various promotions, as well as site enhancements to improve the user experience. She manages ongoing relationships with fifteen different vendors who assist with new customer acquisition and engagement during the online shopping experience. She also recently led the launch of The Container Store’s international shipping service to over 80 different countries. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Ben, and two daughters, Campbell and Caroline.
Ken Frazza is the Director of Web Production for c21stores.com which is owned and operated by Century 21 Department Store. C21stores.com is a retail fashion clothing and accessories ecommerce site. Ken runs the web production team which is responsible for everything done on the website as well as developing a positive customer experience.
Ken has been in the website development business since 1996 and has been developing ecommerce websites since 2001. Along the way, Ken has worked in every aspect of running an ecommerce website including, IT, development, hosting, creative (Shooting product Images and writing product descriptions), Internet Marketing (SEO, Pay Per Click) studying analytics and user experiences and more.
Catherine has 15 years' experience building award-winning digital strategies and experiences for major brands, including UPS, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Turner, BellSouth, InterContinental Hotels Group and the International Olympic Committee. She was recently honored with the 2014 Women in Remarketing Award. The award, given by the publication Auto Remarketing, honors women's dedication to business excellence and contributions to the used-car, auction and auto finance industries.

In his current position at Facebook as the US Ecommerce Industry Lead, Jeremy leads a team that is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with the top ecommerce companies headquartered in the US.
Prior to Facebook, Jeremy was one of the first ten employees and the VP Sales at TrialPay. Jeremy spent four years at eBay and PayPal as an integral part of the sales organization. He began his Internet career as a sales director at Yodlee. He holds a BA from UCLA and is an avid golfer and fly fisherman.
Prior to working at Barneys, Josh was an Associate Partner at Rosetta, an interactive agency, where he co-led the Analytics and Optimization practice. He also worked in various marketing roles at American Express and was a data management consultant at PwC. Josh graduated with high honors with a double major in Marketing and Information Systems from Lehigh University.
Christine’s prior background includes leading product management, social media and user experience for Nutrisystem.com, America’s number one home delivery weight loss company.
Under her leadership, the company launched a sales funnel optimization redesign, implemented a full social and mobile strategy, and expanded into a multitude of channels. With an expertise in sophisticated analytics, she is consistently focused on innovation in digital marketing including the enrichment of the customer experience. Additionally her experience includes B2C and B2B eCommerce, PMO, IT, Retail, Supply Chain, Insurance, Industrial, Broadcasting with companies like General Electric, Turner Broadcasting, and QVC

During her tenure, Renslow oversaw the $25 million rebranding effort of the nation’s largest indoor amusement park, Nickelodeon Universe, as well as annual enhancements including new rides, attractions and partnerships. She also managed a $2 million renovation of Theatres at Mall of America, adding 3D technology, DBOX seating, StarBar and V.I.P. Theater. Improvements to the theater contributed to a 35 percent increase in gross revenue and a 26 percent decrease in expenses.
Renslow holds a bachelor of arts degree in marketing communications from St. Cloud State University and a masters in business communication from the University of St. Thomas. She currently holds board positions on the MN Chamber of Commerce and the MN Retailer Association.
Andrew is currently the Ecommerce Operations Director for Urban Outfitters. He and his team focus on improving the customer experience through UO’s service and fulfillment operations, including store fulfillment and the Brand’s Omni-channel initiatives. Prior to his current role Andrew spent a majority of his 8 years at Urban Outfitters as the Director of Merchandise Planning for the Ecommerce division. During this time areas of focus included merchandise assortment development and expansion, financial planning and marketing initiatives. Andrew’s 14 years of experience in the retail industry cover the areas of Operations, Merchandise Planning and Buying with Industry Leaders including QVC and Jos A Bank Clothiers.

Originally from China, Ethan has traveled and worked on most continents, including more pronounced stints in Shanghai, Paris, and Vancouver. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and professionally performed and studied drama and dance for several years.
Ethan’s extensive retail experience and interest in sales and marketing made his early career as a strategic management consultant a natural fit. In 2012, he cofounded Frank & Oak to revolutionize the traditional retail model and offer men the simplest way to shop online. Ethan's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for both the arts and sciences make him a successful driving force behind the innovative brand.
Sprinkle joined QVC in 2007 and most recently held the position of Vice President of Mobile and eCommerce Operations. In this position, he was responsible for driving QVC’s business on mobile and tablet platforms, interactive television and other new media efforts.
Sprinkle has a broad background in network and media operations, with expertise in cable network operations, software and Internet applications development, as well as project management. Prior to joining QVC, Sprinkle spent 12 years in senior positions at Turner Broadcasting and most recently held the position of Vice President of Network Operations. Prior to Turner, Sprinkle managed systems development for Federated Department Stores. Sprinkle received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
Lareen has 20 years of digital and print marketing experience. She’s worked in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, and audio conferencing. A popular consultant, Lareen has worked with authors from McGraw-Hill and Harmony Books, real estate developers, healthcare service firms, and social media organizations.
Cricket Whitton is the Director of Marketing and eCommerce at Design Within Reach, the leading modern design brand in North America. At DWR she is responsible for overseeing the online business, including product management and merchandising, as well as all company wide digital customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Prior to DWR, Whitton was the General Manager of AllModern.com which is a boutique brand owned and operated by Wayfair, the largest online-only home goods retailer in the United States. She spent the early years of her career as a Portfolio Manager at the Yale Investments Office and BlackRock.
She is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in History.
Brian began his retail career at Gap Inc. before being recruited to Lovesac. Following several years of managing Lovesac store growth across the retail channel, Brian has transitioned to a role shaping the omni-channel customer experience. It is his personal goal to ensure that customers are always delighted by their experiences as Lovesac evolves from a scrappy startup to a world class, customer-centric, industry leader.
