Craig Smith

Craig Smith is the founder & CEO of leading internet optimization agency Trinity Insight. Trinity Insight specializes in assisting brands to drive higher levels of conversion performance with increased qualified traffic. With offices in downtown Philadelphia and outside of Minneapolis MN, Trinity Insight analysts, designers, and developers have worked with leading brands including David’s Bridal, Siemens, Harry & David, Dow Chemical, ShopNBC, and Quicken Loans.

Craig has been working within the Internet sector since 1999. After receiving an MBA in eCommerce from Temple University, Craig worked with CIGNA Corporation as a consultant that helped transform internal processes to a digital model. After CIGNA, Craig worked for GSI Commerce as a strategist, constructing planning documentation for eCommerce initiatives. Craig then started Trinity as a focused agency to execute internet and eCommerce optimization methodologies.

Craig has been quoted discussing web optimization in the Wall Street Journal, Stores Magazine, Internet Retailer, and Practical eCommerce. He is a frequent speaker at global eCommerce events as far as Australia, and frequently lectures on web optimization at New York University and Villanova University.
