Victor Ortiz is the Director, Mobile Retail Engagement at Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us where he leads a team of product managers to deliver a mobile product roadmap focused on creating great, digitally powered experiences for customers wherever and whenever they choose. Focused on product management and marketing, user experience, optimization testing and driving mobile retail as a commerce channel and in-store driver. Victor brings with him over 15 years of ecommerce experience. In his previous roles he has built and lead global ecommerce/technology teams creating omnichannel experiences for leading Fortune 500 hospitality brands.
